Orders placed by 2pm PT on a business day typically ship the same day. Most packages land within 2 to 5 business days depending on your zip. Every order ships with tracking — you'll get an email with the carrier link the moment the label prints.
Yes. Orders over $99 ship free in the continental US. Under $99, it's a flat $12. No regional tiers, no dimensional-weight surprises at checkout. Larger items like full-stack amps and party rigs stay in those tiers — no oversize surcharge.
Not yet. newBoomBox is US-only for now. International rollout lands once we've nailed the domestic experience.
30 days, free, no restock fees. If it doesn't work for you, send it back — we cover the return shipping. Refunds hit the original payment method within 5 business days of the item reaching our facility.
Yes. If you need a different model or amp wattage, let us know within 30 days. We'll swap it out at no extra shipping cost. If the new item costs more, we charge the difference. If it costs less, we refund it.
100%. Every product is shipped from authorized brands and authorized distributors. We don't carry counterfeits, gray-market imports, or off-brand substitutes.

You'll get an email with a tracking number the moment your label prints. You can also check Order History inside your account. If tracking hasn't moved in 3 or more business days, let us know and we'll chase it down.
