The basics

By using newboombox.com you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, that's okay, but you shouldn't use the site. We might update these terms from time to time. If we make a big change, we'll try to let you know, but it's on you to check back occasionally.

Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password safe. Don't share it. If something looks off on your account, let us know right away.

You need to be at least 18 years old to make purchases. We reserve the right to close accounts that violate these terms or that we think are being used fraudulently.

Products and pricing

We do our best to keep product descriptions and prices accurate, but mistakes happen. If we catch a pricing error on your order, we'll reach out before charging. We won't silently change the price on you.

Product photos represent the items as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Availability can change without notice.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We can accept or decline that offer. We process payments through Stripe and never see or store your full credit card number.

We reserve the right to limit order quantities and to refuse service to anyone. If we need to cancel your order, we refund you in full.

Shipping

We ship most orders within one business day. Most packages land within 2 to 5 business days depending on your zip. Once a package leaves our facility, delays from the carrier are out of our hands, but we'll help you track it down if something goes wrong. Full details are on our Shipping page.

Returns and refunds

You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. We cover the return shipping. Refunds hit the original payment method within 5 business days of the item reaching our facility. Full details are on our Returns page.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site (logos, text, images, design) belongs to SupplyForge LLCor our suppliers. You can't copy, reuse, or redistribute any of it without written permission. Product images sourced from authorized brands are used with permission.

Limitation of liability

We sell gear, not outcomes. Follow manufacturer instructions and use the equipment as intended. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
