Legal
Your data. In plain English.
Last updated: April 26, 2026
The short version
We collect the info we need to process your orders and make the site work. We don't sell your data. We don't spam you. That's the gist of it. The rest of this page goes into more detail if you want it.
What we collect
When you create an account or place an order, we collect your name, email, shipping address, and phone number. That's what we need to get your gear to you.
When you browse the site, we automatically collect technical info like your IP address, browser type, and which pages you visit. This helps us understand how athletes use the site so we can make it better.
If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address. That's it.
How we use it
- Processing and shipping your orders
- Sending order confirmations and shipping updates
- Responding to your questions and support requests
- Sending our newsletter (only if you signed up for it)
- Improving the website based on how people use it
- Preventing fraud
Payment info
All payments go through Stripe. We never see your full credit card number — it goes straight to Stripe's servers and stays there. You can read Stripe's privacy policy if you want the details on how they handle it.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in and to remember what's in your cart. We also use analytics cookies to see how people use the site. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site might not work right if you do.
Third parties
We share your info with a few services that help us run the business:
- Stripe for payment processing
- USPS / UPS / FedEx for shipping (they need your address)
- Google Analytics for website analytics
- Vercel for website hosting
- Supabase for accounts and order data
We don't sell your personal info to anyone. We don't share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what data we have on you, update it, or delete it. If you're in California, you have rights under the CCPA. If you're in the EU, you have rights under GDPR. Either way, just email us and we'll take care of it.
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. There's an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.
Data retention
We keep your order data for as long as we need it for accounting and legal purposes (usually around 7 years for tax records). If you delete your account, we'll remove your personal info but may keep anonymized order records.
Changes
We might update this policy from time to time. If we make a significant change, we'll post it here and update the date at the top.
